Description
Cache County School District seeks labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for corrective maintenance and localized repairs at four artificial turf stadium fields. Required work includes cleaning, decompacting and grooming turf; redistributing and replenishing compatible infill; securing seams, inlays, edges, patches, and penetrations; and repairing localized worn or damaged turf and reported surface irregularities. Bidders must address the field-specific findings in the supplied condition assessments and submit a separate fixed base price for each field bid. Full-field replacement is excluded. The scope also requires a representative test area, before-and-after measurements, post-work testing arranged and paid for by the District, a corrective return visit if testing indicates reasonable in-scope work, and field-specific closeout reports with repair maps, photographs, quantities, remaining deficiencies, and a 24-month maintenance plan. Work requiring opening the turf to repair the base, drainage, or shock pad, as well as extensive replacement beyond localized repairs, must be identified and priced separately for written authorization. The solicitation requires a one-year warranty on contracted materials and workmanship.
