Description
The Ogden City Redevelopment Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced mixed-use developers for the acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, and sale of property in the Capitol Square area. The selected respondent will take ownership of the property, complete planning and approvals, coordinate architectural and engineering consultants, install utilities and other site improvements, demolish or remove existing structures and debris as needed, and construct residential and commercial units consistent with the applicable mixed-use zoning standards. Proposers must demonstrate financial capacity, experience with dense urban mixed-use development, licensed general contracting capability, a proposed development schedule, conceptual designs or renderings, a detailed project pro forma and offered land purchase price, marketing and sales strategies, owner-occupancy controls, warranty services, and any planned HOA or property-management approach. The proposal must include five sealed copies, and the selected respondent will be required to host a public meeting after selection and before final design approval.
