Description
Ogden City Corporation is soliciting proposals from Utah-licensed contractors for commercial general construction, electrical, and plumbing services at various municipal facilities. Firms may submit for one or more categories and specific areas of expertise, including building alterations, repairs and replacements; carpentry; roofing; masonry; electrical distribution, fixtures, controls, emergency systems, conduit and cabling; and plumbing systems, pumps, valves, controls, and irrigation. Selected firms may be placed in a pre-qualified pool under a zero-value, non-exclusive Master Services Agreement. Future work will be authorized only through executed Work Directives, and selection does not guarantee any minimum quantity or amount of work. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement. Proposals are limited to 15 pages, excluding appendices, and must include qualifications, key personnel, relevant local-government experience, recent Northern Utah project references, litigation disclosures, evidence of insurability, a fee schedule, personnel certifications, and any addenda acknowledgment.
