Description
The City of Tampa is seeking to single source maintenance and repair services for their building automation systems (BAS) from Siemens Industry Inc. The services cover comprehensive support for both Desigo and APOGEE platforms, including system installation, integration, commissioning, licensed software upgrades, database maintenance, firmware updates, remote and on-site technical support, diagnostic services, troubleshooting, system optimization, programming modifications, graphics development, operator training, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and genuine replacement parts. Siemens is the only authorized provider for these proprietary systems.
