Description
The City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting bids for the supply of Coldspring granite pavers to replace damaged pavers on the Tampa Riverwalk. The required pavers are Carnelian and Sunset Red granite, sourced exclusively from Coldspring Quarry. Each paver must be 1'-0" ± x 1'-0" ± in size, 1-1/4" ± 1/4" thick, with a thermal top surface, split (some may be sawn) edges, and sawn bottom. The quantity is 500 each (more or less) of each color. Delivery is required within 8 weeks after receipt of order to the City of Tampa at 1550 North Grady Street, Tampa, FL 33607. The contract is for a one-year base period with two optional one-year renewals and up to three additional 30-day unilateral extensions. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, including SLBE bid discount provisions.
