Description
The City of Tampa is soliciting bids for the Hubert Avenue Park Improvements project. This project involves the construction of a new neighborhood park, including adjacent streetscape and trail improvements, as detailed in the attached plans and specifications. The estimated cost for this project is $2,500,000. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the 4th Floor Conference Room at the Tampa Municipal Office Building. Interested parties can attend in person or join virtually via Microsoft Teams. The City of Tampa reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. All bids must be submitted by 1:30 PM on the bid date.
