Description
The City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting bids for the installation of a porous flexible pavement system at the Riverfront Recreation Center, located at 1301 N Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33607. The project involves mobilization, excavation and haul-off of 20 cubic yards of soil, installation of 15 cubic yards of clean #57 drain stone, non-woven geotextile fabric, and 1,600 square feet of permeable paving (Perk-E-pave or approved equal) at 1.5-inch depth. The work also includes edge restraints and site preparation to ensure proper drainage and a flush finish with existing sidewalk. The contract is for a one-year period with a bid discount for City-certified SLBEs.
