Description
The City of Tampa is seeking a supplier for Mineral Spirits. This solicitation is for the provision of Mineral Spirits as needed, when needed, for use by various departments within the city. The solicitation is being issued electronically via OpenGov. Bids must be submitted electronically through OpenGov no later than July 6, 2026. All items shall be shipped Freight On Board (FOB) Destination, with shipping, handling, and freight charges included in the quote. Materials ordered shall be delivered within five (5) working days After Receipt of Order (ARO) between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM on normal working days. The award will be for a 1-year period.
