The project involves interior renovations and the addition of new rooms at the GMF-U Marigot clinic, including architectural, building mechanical, electrical, demolition, penetrations, temporary works, and related work needed to put the spaces into service. The facility will remain occupied, so the contractor must phase work to maintain continuity of care, provide infection-control and user-safety containment, secure the work area, coordinate service interruptions in advance, remove waste, and perform daily and final cleaning.
