Description
The Miami Special Utility Authority is soliciting bids for equipment and related offerings to implement a citywide fiber-to-the-premises network. The scope includes optical line terminals, optical network terminals, residential Wi-Fi gateways, software, optional services, and support and maintenance. Bidders may respond to one or more project components, and the authority may award components by item, component, or combination of components. The bid schedule identifies quantities for Calix-referenced equipment, including OLT chassis and line cards, XGS-PON optics, GigaPoint ONTs, GigaSpire residential gateways, and related equipment. Comparable products may be proposed if they serve the same purpose. Pricing must include shipping, and bidders must provide lead times, minimum order quantities or price breaks where applicable, and complete manufacturer warranty documentation. The submission must include a bid summary, completed pricing schedule, required response forms and affidavits, warranty information, and supporting product cut sheets or specifications.
