Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) Public Works Department Sigonella is soliciting quotes for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply water and wastewater treatment chemicals and related delivery services for Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella, Italy. The contract will cover a five-year period of performance from September 25, 2026 to September 24, 2031. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of chemicals including sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, antiscalant, caustic soda, calcium carbonate, flocculant, antifoam, citric acid, hydrogen peroxide, sodium bisulfite, and nutrient B, as detailed in the Statement of Work. Services include twice-weekly delivery to the Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and biweekly delivery to the Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), as well as monthly and emergency cleaning of chemical storage containers. The contractor must comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and security regulations, including NSF/ANSI 60 certification for water treatment chemicals and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is not set aside for small business concerns.
