Oak Ridge National Laboratory's Neutron Technologies Division is soliciting Erbium Barium Copper Oxide (ErBCO) high-temperature superconducting thin film. The specification requires 400 nm ErBCO film with 100 nm gold, double-sided, deposited on double-side-polished sapphire substrates in four sizes: four pieces measuring 154 × 102 × 0.5 mm, four measuring 102 × 96.5 × 0.5 mm, two measuring 122 × 120 × 0.5 mm, and two measuring 114 × 102 × 0.5 mm. The anticipated subcontract is firm fixed price, with performance from September 23, 2026, through October 31, 2026. Offers must provide unit and total pricing, a definite delivery time, applicable technical information, and any deviations from the specification. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Domestic offerors whose proposals exceed $15,000 must complete the abbreviated representations and certifications form; international offerors have a separate applicable form.
