The U.S. Air Force is soliciting quotations for a pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply 19% ammonia water and five types of compressed CEMS standard gases for a combined heat plant. The estimated annual quantities are 36,000 gallons of ammonia water, six cylinders each of N2+O2 at 2%, N2+NO+CO, and N2+O2 at 18%, eight cylinders of N2+NO2, and four cylinders of N2+NH3. The agreement also includes a non-priced disposal charge for excess ammonia water. The contractor must deliver and replenish the ammonia-water tank, provide pumping and spill-containment capabilities, recapture vaporized ammonia, deliver and secure gas cylinders, collect empty cylinders, provide realistic lead times, and submit product information including manufacturer, product name or number, specifications, and country of origin. Safety Data Sheets are required for each item. The ordering period is from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2031, with a BPA master dollar limit of $3,000,000; the Government is obligated only for calls actually placed.
