Description
Rochelle Municipal Utilities is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Integrated Resource Plan for its municipal electric utility. The work includes long-term electric resource planning, load forecasting, resource and portfolio analysis, evaluation of renewable energy and battery storage, transmission and market considerations, and development of a strategy consistent with applicable Illinois Climate and Equitable Jobs Act requirements. The complete RFP and submission requirements must be obtained by contacting the identified utility representative. Proposals are due September 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
