Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Regional Office, is soliciting offers for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for native plant propagation, delivery, and installation. The contract includes a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month extension option, with a stated period of performance from November 2, 2026, to May 1, 2032. The work involves propagating native plants, delivering them to specified locations, and installing them at those sites. The solicitation is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). Amendment 0003 extends the proposal due date and clarifies that proposals for Task Order No. 0001 are not required for consideration for the IDIQ contract; Volumes III and IV are required only from offerors seeking consideration for Task Order No. 0001.
