Description
This sole-source acquisition will support the RQ-4 Global Hawk system through development, modernization, retrofit, and sustainment activities. Required capabilities include program management; engineering and onsite support; hardware and software upgrades; site modifications; contract field service support; configuration management; logistics; technical analysis and studies; training development and administration; security compliance; and test and integration activities. The program requires some personnel to possess, or maintain eligibility for, a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance. The Government will not provide the system’s technical data or associated software products as Government Furnished Information or Government Furnished Property. The acquisition is restricted to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation / Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems as the only responsible source, and foreign contractors are not permitted.
