Description
The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive repaving, grading, and drainage improvements at their Tribal Transportation Facility located at 815 Logsden Road, Siletz, Oregon. This project is essential for enhancing transportation operations, emergency response capabilities, and public works staging, requiring high standards for durability, safety, and resilience. The scope of work includes site preparation, grading, installation of aggregate base, drainage system improvements (catch basins, culverts, French drains), asphalt paving with heavy-duty specifications, site striping, stabilization of shoulders, dust control, site cleanup, and installation of security fencing and gates. Deliverables include a construction schedule, grading and drainage plans, material submittals, daily logs, as-built drawings, and warranty documentation. Bidders must demonstrate experience with large-scale paving projects and drainage systems, be licensed and bonded in Oregon, and have a strong safety record. Indian preference requirements will be applied during evaluation.
