The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to prepare for and accomplish the post-shakedown availability of the USNS Lansing (T-EPF 16), in accordance with the solicitation and work item package. The anticipated period of performance is September 8, 2027, through December 6, 2027, and work must be performed at the contractor's facility on the East Coast or Gulf Coast. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside. Access to the work item package and government-furnished technical data requires completion and return of the attached J-14 Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The NDA requires an authorized corporate representative to execute it and imposes controls on technical-data access, dissemination, export compliance, subcontractor flow-down agreements, and return or destruction of the data.
