Description
Long Beach Transit is soliciting proposals for a zero-emission commuter ferry under RFP 27-003. The procurement is a lump-sum award and requires a separated technical proposal and price response. Required response materials include the price response form, insurance requirement form, required forms, references form, applicable Federal Transit Administration terms and conditions, DBE subcontractor list, supplier information, a requirements checklist, a technical proposal, and Sam.gov registration.
