Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor for FY2027 drydock repairs to USCG 55107, a 55-foot ANB aids-to-navigation boat. The scope includes general welding; underwater hull inspection, ultrasonic testing, leak testing, and preservation; drydocking and undocking; hull, freeboard, superstructure, and deck coating preservation; machinery, exhaust, valves, strainers, tanks, hoses, propulsion shafts, propellers, rudders, bearings, and compressed-air-system maintenance; cathodic-protection renewal; marine chemist services; temporary services; and sea-trial support. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, facilities, drydock, and related services required by the specifications. The solicitation requires a current drydock or travel-lift certification, welding certifications and procedures, AMPP Senior Inspector/NACE Level 3 or QP-1 certification, proof of insurance, JCP certification, planning documentation, small-business self-certification, completed representations and certifications, pricing for all definite and option CLINs, and past-performance information. The work is scheduled for February 16 through July 16, 2027, and includes a total small-business set-aside. Quotes must be submitted electronically by email, with the solicitation number in the subject line.
