Description
Mountain Line Transit Authority is soliciting proposals for on-call marketing production and execution support to supplement its in-house Marketing Coordinator. Requested services include graphic design and layout; route and system map design; vehicle, bus-stop, and shelter graphics; press-ready artwork; copywriting and editing; photography and short-form video; digital and print advertising creative; website content updates; campaign development; media-planning recommendations; social media and email campaign support; annual reports and public-meeting materials; survey support; translation and adaptation; press materials; event support; and brand standards work. Most work will be performed remotely, with occasional on-site presence in Morgantown for photography, events, or project meetings. The contract will be an on-call indefinite-quantity agreement with assignments authorized individually in writing and no guaranteed minimum workload or dollar value. The initial term is three years with two optional one-year extensions. Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of relevant professional experience, at least three comparable completed projects within the past five years with references, graphic-design capability and work samples, and the ability to deliver press-ready and accessible digital files. One PDF proposal must include the required proposal form, firm or individual profile, relevant experience, personnel, capacity and responsiveness, approach, work samples, references, cost proposal, and certifications. The estimated spending is approximately $50,000 per year, but this is not a guaranteed minimum or maximum.
