Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to support participating small and medium-sized enterprises through practical marketing and market-positioning training and tailored advisory services. The assignment includes eight in-person group training days over four weeks, plus four working days for preparation, follow-up, review of SME work, and reporting. The consultant will address customer profiles and journeys, positioning statements, key messages, marketing channels, content development, campaign briefs, and 90-day marketing action plans with performance tracking. The consultant must provide weekly progress updates and a consolidated final report, along with adapted training materials, attendance records, mentorship minutes, reviewed SME outputs, and follow-up documentation. Applicants must submit a technical proposal, financial proposal and cost breakdown for 12 working days, signed offer letter, CV, beneficiary designation form, statement of health, at least four references, passport copy, academic qualification evidence, and a relevant work sample. The assignment requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of relevant professional experience, experience supporting SMEs and donor-funded programs, and fluency in Arabic and English.
