Description
Battery Park City Authority seeks a turnkey, cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service vendor verification platform to automate vendor intake, onboarding, compliance verification, risk and sanctions screening, approval workflows, banking-information validation, audit trails, reporting, and vendor-profile management. The platform must support secure vendor self-service, MFA, SSO, configurable workflows, W-9/W-8 and certificate-of-insurance processing, federal and New York sanctions and debarment screening, fraud-prevention controls, and United States data residency. The solution must integrate with the Authority's current Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains environment through scheduled flat-file and SFTP exchanges and support future ERP integration through documented RESTful APIs and webhooks. The selected consultant will provide implementation planning, configuration, testing, data migration and cleansing, training, production deployment, 30 days of post-implementation hypercare, and ongoing hosting, maintenance, security remediation, help-desk, and technical support. Minimum qualifications include at least three consecutive years supporting comparable enterprise SaaS platforms, three comparable client implementations including one public-sector or similarly regulated organization, and a current SOC 2 Type II report or equivalent.
