Description
The project includes architectural demolition of existing corridor and module partitions, ceilings, and finishes; relocation of the corridor using gypsum board partitions and new finishes; and leaving two modules as shell space for future tenant finish-outs. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope includes demolition of existing equipment, piping, lighting, panelboards, and related items, followed by installation of new components to prepare the space for future tenant improvements. Plans and specifications are available for download through the online plan room, with hard copies available for purchase at the contractor's expense.
