Description
Pulaski County is soliciting one provider for occupational health services for the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department and Coroner's Office. The scope includes Level 3 DOT physicals with NIDA-5 drug screening, Level 3 law-enforcement physicals with 10-panel drug screening, Level 3 DOT and 10-panel urine drug screens, breath testing, alcohol-level testing, and physical performance testing consisting of lift and stair-step testing. Services must be available 24 hours per day, with negative urine-test results returned within 24 hours and positive results within a maximum of five days. The provider must maintain local sites on both the north and south sides of the Arkansas River, use a SAMHSA-certified forensic toxicology laboratory, support electronic random employee selection, provide reporting, and accommodate occasional after-hours and mobile services. The contract is for three years with one optional three-year renewal.
