Description
The project comprises Phase 1 of the Central High Corridor, connecting the Trail of Tears National Historic Monument at La Petite Roche in downtown Little Rock to the Central High School National Historic Site. Schedule A includes approximately 1,800 linear feet of a 16-foot-wide paved multi-use trail, along with a retaining wall, handrails, and drainage work. Schedule B includes repair of an Arkansas River riverbank landslide, including excavation and stockpiling of approximately 11,000 cubic yards of displaced earthen fill, construction of a stone base layer, and reconstruction of the earthen fill in geogrid-reinforced lifts. The project is accepting bids, with pricing calculated by square foot.
