Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two replacement insect nets, NSN 6640-01-730-7618, identified as a 25-inch-deep white micro-mesh net and repair part for end item NSN 6640-01-705-8224. The requested unit of issue is each, with delivery required five days after award, FOB destination, and destination inspection and acceptance. The item must be packaged and marked in accordance with the stated DLA requirements, including commercial packaging, Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and applicable palletization and shipping instructions. Alternate offers must include complete technical data describing both the requested and alternate products; the agency states that adequate evaluation data is not otherwise available.
