Description
ESUCC Cooperative Purchasing is soliciting online bids for athletic equipment and supplies as part of its 2027 Annual Buy Program. Vendors may bid on individual items within the athletic equipment and supplies category, with awards potentially made to multiple vendors based primarily on product compliance and lowest responsible pricing. Quantities and total purchase amounts are not guaranteed. Awarded vendors must provide FOB destination tailgate delivery to participating Nebraska schools, educational service units, and other members, including participating South Dakota member schools, at designated ship-to locations. Vendors must provide required product information, including manufacturer, manufacturer part number, supplier part number, and colors when applicable; product specification sheets may be required. A $2,500 bid bond is required, and bids must be submitted electronically through the ESUCC Cooperative Purchasing sourcing application.
