Description
Ada County Highway District is soliciting bids for landscape planting and irrigation improvements along Linder Road between State Street and Floating Feather Road. The work covers roadway swales, buffers, medians, roundabouts, and a basin, with planting of trees and shrubs, bioretention soil media, topsoil, ornamental rock, boulders, wetland sod, seeding, bark mulch, and plant establishment services. The project also includes design and installation of irrigation systems, temporary irrigation for the basin, erosion and sediment control, geogrid and permeable paving-related work, and installation of a four-foot tubular metal fence and 12-foot tubular metal gate enclosure. Bidders must submit an electronic bid through the ACHD eProcurement portal, including the required bid schedule, vendor questionnaire, compliance certification, bid security, and electronically signed authorization form. The apparent low bidder must subsequently provide performance and labor and material payment bonds and insurance.
