Description
The Town of Wallingford is soliciting bids for five Getac G140 in-cruiser rugged tablets and Getec GDKBU9 fully rugged keyboards for its Police Department. The bid requires compliance with the specified configuration without exceptions, including an AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 processor, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, 14-inch sunlight-readable touchscreen with hard-tip stylus, Windows 11 Professional, infrared and rear autofocus cameras, integrated laser barcode reader, USB4, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, hot-swappable batteries, a U.S. power cord, TAA compliance, and three-year bumper-to-bumper warranties for the tablets and keyboards. Bidders must complete and sign the Invitation to Bid, provide delivery timing and warranty information, complete the bid table, and submit the required compliance checklist. The Town intends to award the bid to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest cost. Delivery is required as soon as possible, with the bidder specifying the delivery period.
