Description
The Oregon Health Authority is seeking one contractor to develop and operate the Oregon Fidelity Wraparound Center for Excellence. The contractor will support high-quality, high-fidelity Wraparound services for Oregon youth, young adults, and families through organizational planning, workforce training, coaching, technical assistance, community engagement, fidelity certification and monitoring, and statewide quality-improvement activities. The scope includes developing work plans and training programs; staffing qualified Wraparound trainers, coaches, data personnel, and fidelity-monitoring staff; acquiring and implementing a learning management system; maintaining a website and Wraparound resources; conducting fidelity reviews; collecting and analyzing program data; producing reports and best-practices guidance; developing an accessible English- and Spanish-language promotional video; and organizing a statewide conference. Phase I runs from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027, with a not-to-exceed amount of $585,000. Phase II may run from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2029, with an expected additional not-to-exceed amount of approximately $2,340,000, subject to successful completion of Phase I.
