Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking an authorized repair source to provide firm-fixed-price repair of wiring harnesses identified by multiple reference numbers. The repair scope includes handling incomplete, damaged, worn, or missing-part conditions; inspection and testing to applicable manufacturer specifications and drawings; government source inspection; Commercial Asset Visibility reporting; and compliance with IUID, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. The requested repair turnaround time is 180 days after receipt of each asset, with a 365-day induction window after contract award. Quotes must include repair and total prices, repair turnaround time, new-unit price, any applicable test-and-evaluation fee, CAGE information, cost breakdown, quote expiration date, throughput constraint, and authorization documentation. Award is limited to an authorized repair source or distributor, and past performance is an evaluation factor.
