Description
The City of Seattle, through its Department of Parks and Recreation, is soliciting bids for the construction of the West Seattle Junction Landbank Park. The project involves developing a 0.38-acre vacant lot into a neighborhood open green space. Work includes grading, drainage and sewer connections, landscaping, planting, an artificial play surface, lawn, concrete and permeable concrete paving, right-of-way improvements, drinking fountain installation, lighting, and irrigation systems. Additive #1 includes benches, pebble seating, and a boardwalk system. The engineer's estimate for the base bid is $1,206,866.00, and Additive #1 is estimated at $404,360.00.
