Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for brand-name Monaco D-21 alarm system technology upgrades, V2 software modernization, delivery, installation, and integration across Fire Station 1, Fire Station 2, Fire Station 3, the Dispatch Desk, and the Base Defense Operations Center at Scott Air Force Base. The work includes CPUs, Windows 11 components, touchscreen and 55-inch monitors, UPS units, KVM equipment, HDMI extenders, software and license transfers, hardware decommissioning, network connectivity verification, system validation, cleanup, documentation, and up to four hours of operator training. An optional Digital Voice Recorder replacement at the Base Defense Operations Center must include a touchscreen interface, 16 analog channels, 16 digital channels, and an additional 16-channel analog card. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and expertise; complete required antiterrorism, CUI, OPSEC, EAGLE EYES, and information-assurance training; and comply with background-investigation requirements for base access. Anticipated delivery begins five days after receipt of award. The DVR option CLINs are included in the total evaluated price and must be priced separately. Quotes must include the signed “RFI Response Amendment 8-31-26.”
