Description
Northside Independent School District is establishing a qualified vendor list for inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair work for interior manual and power-operated walls at multiple District locations. Services include cleaning and lubricating tracks, checking trolleys, hinges, seals, alignment, fasteners, power-operation components, and structural conditions; correcting deficiencies; demonstrating proper operation; and providing campus-specific electronic inspection reports with photographs, findings, unsafe-condition documentation, repair recommendations, and pricing for corrective work. Qualified inspectors must have at least 10 years of moveable-wall inspection experience and certification from at least one major operable-wall manufacturer, or be a licensed Texas architect or engineer. The contract is indefinite-quantity with no guaranteed minimum work, and the District may make single, multiple-supplier, or line-item awards. Initial qualification submissions must not include pricing; pricing will be negotiated in a subsequent phase with the highest-ranked respondent. The contract term is two years, with two additional one-year renewal options.
