Description
The City of San Antonio is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide citywide on-call commercial plumbing maintenance and repair services through an on-call contracting services contract. The scope includes plumbing maintenance and repairs such as pressure tapping services, pipe freezes, and toilet-related work. The scope expressly excludes services associated with new building construction, remodeling, or alterations to existing buildings. Responses must be submitted through the City's SAePS procurement portal, and vendor registration is required to view the solicitation and submit a response. A pre-submittal conference will be held virtually; attendance is optional but highly encouraged.
