Description
The City of San Antonio is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for an annual contract to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials needed to install, maintain, and remove City-owned LED holiday lighting on assorted trees and structures in Downtown San Antonio. The scope also includes running power cables to permanent or temporary electrical panels. An optional pre-submittal conference and site visit are scheduled for October 22, 2026. The solicitation package provided is advertisement information only; responses must be submitted through the City's SAePS portal, and vendor registration is required.
