Description
Education Service Center, Region 20 is soliciting proposals for HVAC/chiller and plumbing maintenance at its facilities. The scope includes preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency work, 24-hour service throughout the year, air-filter replacement, monthly reporting, and service scheduling coordinated with facility staff. The contractor must provide response-time commitments, regular/overtime/holiday hourly rates, trip charges, parts markup, preventive-maintenance and filter-replacement schedules, and technician certification information. The contract has a one-year initial term beginning January 1, 2027, with two one-year renewal options. The proposal must include references for comparable chillers, boilers, rooftop units, computer-room units, and chilled-water systems; a Texas Class A contractor license; insurance documentation; a completed Form 1295; resident certification; a notarized original hold-harmless agreement; the provided quotation and signature forms; and required certifications and pricing information. No amount of work or funding is guaranteed, and repair and other services will be purchased as needs arise and funding allows.
