Description
The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive cellular therapy transplant-program platform supporting processing actions, policy enforcement, equipment and supply monitoring, audits, and regulatory requirements across healthcare and higher-education environments. The solution must address HIPAA, FERPA, FDA considerations, Texas privacy requirements, accessibility, cybersecurity, risk assessment, and applicable artificial-intelligence governance. The scope includes cellular therapy workflows, chain-of-identity and chain-of-custody controls, processing and manufacturing calculations, quality reporting, auditability, and management of equipment, maintenance, reagents, and supplies. The engagement includes software, configuration, implementation, integration, training, go-live support, maintenance, technical support, reporting, and related services. Proposals must include detailed pricing and delivery information, a work plan and implementation approach, at least three similar customer references from the past five years, completed university forms and assessments, a VetHUB subcontracting plan, accessibility documentation, and a detailed scope of work. Cloud offerings must address TX-RAMP requirements, and any proposed artificial-intelligence functionality requires the specified AI governance disclosures and review materials.
