Description
The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is soliciting proposals for an enterprise organizational design and workforce planning platform and related operational guidance services. The solution must support organizational visibility, organizational design, workforce forecasting, scenario modeling, merger integration, workforce and financial alignment, governance, workflows, reporting, and decision management. The selected vendor will provide implementation and configuration, data assessment and migration, integration with Oracle and PeopleSoft HRIS environments and other relevant systems, testing, training, adoption and change-management support, post-implementation stabilization, and ongoing technical and functional support. The solicitation also requires detailed proposal and scope-of-work responses, pricing, security and risk assessments, accessibility documentation, AI governance information, and a VetHUB subcontracting plan. The sample agreement specifies a three-year initial term with two additional one-year renewal options.
