Description
The State of Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services Division of Capital Assets Management, is soliciting bids for renovation of the Forestry Services Building. The project includes new roofing, siding, windows, sidewalks, and interior renovations, with additional alternates for exterior finishes, insulation, roofing systems, shed roofs, and door replacement. The project is a single-prime stipulated-sum contract with a 180-calendar-day completion period. Electronic signatures are required, bids must be submitted through Bid Express, and a 5% bid bond is required when the bid exceeds $100,000.
