Description
The State of Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, Capital Assets Management, Construction and Properties, is soliciting bids for an on-call electrical maintenance and repair contractor supporting facilities managed by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The contractor must provide labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, project management, superintendence, and unit pricing for as-needed electrical services, including corrective maintenance and equipment-failure response. Emergency calls require a return call within 30 minutes and personnel on site within one hour; standard jobs generally require response within 24 hours. The contractor must be available seven days per week for on-call and emergency work, with non-emergency work normally performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The contract period is September 15, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. The updated scope requires at least three years of local experience, two years of documented data-center experience, an Oklahoma electrical contractor's license, at least one full-time journeyman electrician with five years of trade experience, and appropriately licensed journeymen and registered apprentices. Subcontracting requires prior written approval. The solicitation requires online bidding, a completed Bid Form, completed CAP Form A305 with Section 5 omitted, a Unit Pricing Sheet, acknowledgment of all addenda, and bid security when the bid exceeds $100,000. Addendum 4 extends the bid opening to September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
