Community Transit is establishing a continuous Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Consultants to provide a broad range of disciplines for various transit projects. This QVL aims to streamline the selection and contracting process for A&E services. Firms interested in prime contracts are invited to join the QVL. Existing vendors on the QVL can submit updates to their qualifications. New applicants are encouraged to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs). The solicitation documents have been updated through Addendum #16, dated April 1, 2026, incorporating changes to policies and terms. The scope of work includes professional A&E services directly supporting construction, alteration, or repair of real property. This encompasses program management, construction management, feasibility studies, design, architectural, engineering, surveying, and mapping services. Projects are funded by local revenue, Washington State, and Federal Transit Administration grants.
