Description
The City of Lake Stevens is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor for the replacement of concrete sidewalk panels and curb ramps to meet ADA requirements. The work also includes trimming roots and removing trees and stumps where specified before sidewalk reconstruction, along with mobilization, materials, equipment, labor, traffic control, delivery, insurance, and construction administration and management. The project must be performed as a Small Works Roster Contract and is estimated at $247,000. The contractor must comply with Washington prevailing-wage requirements, provide a certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured, obtain a city business license before performing work, and substantially complete the project by December 31, 2026. Materials and workmanship carry a 12-month warranty after final acceptance.
