Description
The City of Marysville is seeking one professional services consultant, with sub-consultants as needed, to provide owner's representation and comprehensive construction management and inspection services for the federally funded Ingraham Boulevard and 84th Street NE Pavement Preservation Project. The underlying construction project includes a 1.5-mile full-width grind and overlay, selected full-depth pavement repairs, and ADA curb-ramp upgrades, with an estimated construction cost of $3.264 million. The consultant's responsibilities include on-site inspection; construction contract administration; daily reports, field notes, force-account sheets, and electronic document controls; RFI and submittal tracking; contractor coordination; risk, claims, and dispute management; traffic-control monitoring; materials sampling, testing, and Record of Materials compliance; project closeout; and review and delivery of record documents. Statements of qualifications are limited to 16 single-sided pages, excluding staff resumes, and must address qualifications and experience, project approach and capability, and up to five relevant project experiences from the past ten years. A voluntary 10% Small Business Enterprise participation goal applies, while the Federal Small Business Enterprise goal is 0%.
