Description
The City of Everett is requesting statements of qualifications from firms or partnered teams to provide professional design and construction administration services for replacement of the Legion Memorial Golf Course irrigation system. The scope includes site mapping; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design; permitting; construction documents; cost estimating at the 30%, 60%, and 90% design stages; bidding support; construction administration; project closeout; and record documents. The planned system will serve greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaped areas and will include automated central controls, high-efficiency sprinkler heads, new main and lateral piping, valves, weather-based scheduling, flow management, sensors, pumps, backflow prevention, and potential remote monitoring. The consultant must also evaluate the feasibility of using a previously backfilled well and a retention pond as irrigation sources. Statements of qualifications are limited to 20 single-sided pages, excluding front and back covers, and must address organizational qualifications, key personnel, relevant golf-course irrigation experience, references, availability, project approach, risk management, cost estimating, and construction administration capability.
