Description
Snohomish County is soliciting sealed bids for the 2027 replacement of culverts associated with RR48109, WC8109, and UPI 21-20028 along 123rd Avenue Northeast. The engineer’s estimate is $6,126,974.40. The project is funded through stormwater management and the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office Fish Barrier Removal Board. The solicitation states a 15% minimum apprentice utilization requirement and identifies no SBE goal.
