Description
The City of Everett Parks & Facilities Department is seeking proposals for partnerships that increase public recreation opportunities, repurpose or improve underutilized park buildings and land, generate departmental revenue, or provide enhanced services. Proposals may address any City-owned park property and may include development and operation of recreational amenities such as BMX or pump tracks, skate parks, sports fields, courts, adventure facilities, seasonal programming, concessions, restaurants, gift shops, studios, rentals, leases, revenue-sharing arrangements, or management agreements. Proposers must submit a project concept and location, community and recreational benefits, qualifications and relevant experience, technical approach, business plan and financial pro forma, proposed timeline, customer-service plan, subcontracting information if applicable, pricing or revenue model, project costs, capital improvements, and responses addressing risk, performance, quality assurance, conflicts of interest, legal actions, and contract defaults. The City may award multiple proposals, with contract terms negotiated based on each proposal.
