Description
Edmonds School District 15 is soliciting proposals for Category 1 telecommunications services across 37 district sites. Requested options include leased lit fiber service at 10–25 Gbps, leased dark fiber service involving two fiber strands, equipment required to light the fiber, transitional services during construction, and firm unit pricing for future sites, fiber pulls, additional strands, and relocations. Proposals will be evaluated on price, references, prior experience, service flexibility, qualifications, and certifications. Providers must have a Schools and Libraries Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) on file with the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), and Green Light status with USAC. The pricing sheet requests plant-mix information, installation and recurring costs, relevant experience, references, and equipment details where applicable. The solicitation also requires the lowest corresponding price under the applicable E-Rate rules and a manual response tailored to the requirements.
