Description
The City of Marysville seeks a contractor to complete traffic signal repairs and installations at multiple locations. The work includes installing signal pole foundations and poles, mast arms, pedestrian pushbutton poles, underground conduit, wiring, signal cabinets, signal displays, detection equipment, signs, and related hardware; removing damaged or temporary equipment; modifying existing foundations and cabinets; restoring disturbed areas; and testing and activating the completed systems. The City will furnish specified signal poles, cabinets, signal equipment, displays, and other materials, while the contractor must provide the required labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and remaining materials. The project includes work at Smokey Point Boulevard and 152nd Street NE, southbound Smokey Point Boulevard at 152nd Street NE, and 64th Street NE (State Route 528) and 60th Drive NE. Work must comply with the 2026 Washington State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, applicable general special provisions, plans, and contract requirements. The engineer's estimate is $95,000, and the project must be completed within 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Only contractors listed in the applicable category of the MRSC Shared Small Works Roster are eligible to submit quotes.
